Gorges Fiber Arts opened in Owego in January 2024! The original Cultural Arts Center and Store opened in Newark, Ohio in 2019 as the Newark Cultural Arts Center and Store. When we made Owego our new home, we also decided to relocate the Cultural Arts Center and Store. Our Store, located at 195 Main St., Owego, offers an inviting and inclusive lounge space for individuals and groups to craft. We stock knitting, crochet, and weaving yarns, notions, as well as raw breed-specific fiber for all of you hand spinners! We offer an array of fiber arts classes: knitting, spinning, and weaving. Our weaving classes have quite a following and have created a tightly woven community. Every now and then we’ll drop in some non-fiber related classes, just to mix things up a little!

Sit & Stitch & Spin: Every Saturday from 1:00-4:00 and Sundays 12:00-4:00.
